5 Star Service Package

This Service Package includes:

    5 Star Cushion – Our premium ½” thick, 8.0 pound density cushion made with “memory foam” and covered with Stainmaster protective barrier with Odor Guard to help fight stains and odors.  This cushion carries a “life of the home” warranty.  It exceeds all carpet manufacturer requirements to maintain your carpet’s wear and texture retention warranties and adds 3 years to your Stainmaster carpet warranties.

    California sales tax on your new cushion

    Installation of your new carpet and cushion.  This does not include specialty stair or other upholstery work.

    Removal of your existing carpet and cushion

    Proper, environmentally sensitive disposal of your existing carpet and cushion – whenever possible, all recyclable materials are recycled rather than sent to the landfill

    We will remove and replace your furniture as necessary (we will move the articles of furniture; it is the customer’s responsibility to empty china cabinets, disconnect computer and entertainment systems, etc.  Your salesperson will discuss this with you.) Pianos and pool tables are extra

    Repair and/or replacement of tack strip – where needed

    Normal ramping that may be necessary where your new carpet meets up to other floor coverings that may be higher than the carpet

    Lifetime Installation Warranty – We will warrant our installation for as long as you occupy your residence against any problems that may arise due to installation related issues.  This includes re-stretching your carpet if you should ever need it.

All this included for only $1.95 per square foot

4 Star Service Package

This Service Package includes:

    4 Star Cushion – Our deluxe 7/16” thick, 7.0 pound density Stainmaster cushion.  This cushion carries a “life of the home” warranty.  It exceeds all carpet manufacturer requirements to maintain your carpet’s wear and texture retention warranties.  It is covered with Stainmaster’s moisture barrier to help fight stains and adds 3 years to your Stainmaster carpet warranty.
